SEVEN DEVOTIONS
The stars represent the seven things we need to devote ourselves to.
Three White Stars
1. Love God, Live Christ by the Power of the Holy Spirit
- Make Jesus Lord
- Worship and spend time with God
- Expect the Holy Spirit to empower and change you
2. Love Your Neighbor as Yourself
- Next door
- Your family, those in your fellowships
- Finding and serving others with your special gifts, talents and abilities. God has a ministry (service to others) just for you.

3. Make Disciples
- Investing your time and entrusting what you are learning about these seven things to those who will teach others. Doing this as you spend time with others.

4. Apostles Teaching
- Biblical Literacy.
- Spending time in the Word hearing what God has to say to you,
- Devoting yourself to knowing the Word, especially being able to show the basics of your faith from the Bible.

5. Fellowship
- Learning and practicing fellowship in all of the connected communities where we live, work and play.

6. Breaking of Bread
- Sharing life together.
- Share life with those who are not yet Christians so they can know Him through you
- Share life with those who are Christians for mutual encouragement
7. Prayer
- Individually
- With others
- Learning how to pray out loud with others, anywhere, when they have a need.
THE RISING SUN
The Rising Sun
Represents God.
God wants to shine His light on you and through you to the world which is falling into darkness.
As you live out these 7 things, the smallest one of you will become a tribe and another will become a mighty nation, a large people group.

THE THREE STRIPES
The Top Stripe
Represents all Believers.
The Middle Stripe
Represents our connected communities.
When we connect and gather with other believers in the name of Jesus, He is in our midst. Therefore, the sun, representing God, is in the middle stripe.
The sun is in the middle stripe. We are transferred from the kingdom of darkness to God’s Kingdom of Light through following Jesus, making him Lord, recognizing that he paid the penalty for the wrong things we have done.
The Bottom Stripe
Represents all people.
